Did You Know?
I am having major health issues for more than a year and before that I had some stuff coming and going for about three years. All those things looked superficially unrelated but all included a liver. I haven't been prescribed any medications and nobody provided me with the proper diagnosis.
For now, I am OK, but not 100%.
I took the majority of pressure off my liver with the proper diet, alternative medicine, and doctor's counsel, but I am still unsatisfied with the result.
All exams and tests I made came back negative but I maintain to have the constant issue, especially with the dull stubborn pain, exhaustion and metabolism, and immunity getting nasty for no apparent reason.
I started another round of experiments to find what is wrong and now I am four days into the recommended gluten-free diet, and my health issues with my liver are slowly disappearing.
I will not start hoping. I do look better, but let's wait for a week or two before jumping to conclusions.
I knew for years that I don't appreciate the wheat all that much, so I never consumed it frequently, but it seems that a dislike grew into a full-fledged grudge.
If that is a cause of a liver pain issue, I will not have any problems abandoning my bready "friend".
It will take about two weeks to fully regenerate unless I step on some other exotic shit bomb and blow myself in shreds all the way to the hospital.
Also, I want that T-shirt hehe.
