As a coffee lover, I never miss ordering a coffee menu when eating out. In this post, I will introduce you to the famous coffee from China.

Have you ever heard of coffee named "YinYang"? YinYang or YuanYang drinks that come from a mixture of coffee and tea mixes with almost as many compositions. Can also add sweetened condensed milk and sugar according to taste.

Yuanyang comes from the word "Mandarin Duck" which in Chinese culture symbolizes the perfection of love because this animal usually always appears alongside the couple.

This drink is a combination of coffee and tea such as women and men who complement and perfect each other.

Not only is it easy to find in its area of origin, but it is also easily found in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. YinYang can enjoy with ice or just warm like common coffee.

What about the taste? In my opinion, it doesn't taste better than a mixture of coffee and milk, but overall it is more savory and sour because of the distinctive taste of tea. YinYang is worthy of you trying to taste authentic drinks from China.

Speaking of a mixture of coffee and milk, I will also show you the appearance, in the picture below:

For the food in the photo above, it is the Kwetiau / Char Kuey Teow. This dish is Rice noodles served with tender ginger, spring onion in beef gravy.

Look! I didn't expect the presentation of Kwetiau to look so much. Very appetizing. Spoons, forks, and chopsticks are also provided.

"KWETIAU SIRAM SAPI" contains more green vegetables, mustard greens. This is an important point because I really like green vegetables. The gravy is pretty thick.

That was the menu about coffee that I often ordered when I ate in a Chinese-style restaurant. How about you? Have you ever tried drinks from a combination of coffee and tea? Then, what is your favorite Chinese menu?
